Working Together to Build Healthier Communities

Project HOPE is a coalition of community partners working to prevent overdoses, expand education, and connect people to life-saving resources.

Every day, we work to strengthen the network of support available to individuals, families, and communities affected by the overdose crisis. Through education, prevention, and compassionate outreach, Project HOPE builds connections that save lives and promote lasting wellness.

The Project Hope Story

Project HOPE was born from the vision of community members, health professionals, and local leaders who saw the urgent need to reduce preventable overdose deaths and improve access to life-saving services. We believe in a future where every person has the support, knowledge, and tools to protect their health.
